Technics RS-BX606 - uszkodzony

Speed out of sync. After almost 30 years I took the maschine out to listend to tapes my father recorded as a jazz bass player over the years. I need a service manual or maby a hint what to look for so I can repair it.

This machine is broken so I need to get it repaired. otherwis is a Technics system from middle of 1980´s. 

It´s not been used after 1992 if I remember correctley
